PARIYA / MANGO PUDDING SUMMER JELLY

Starting Friday, July 12th , THE CONTEMPORARY FIX KYOTO will be serving its new summer cup dessert, "Mango Pudding Summer Jelly," from PARIYA, a delicatessen in Aoyama, Tokyo, for a limited time only, in the cafe space .
We use a generous amount of Alphonso mango, a high-quality variety from India known as the king of mangoes, which has an exceptionally high sugar content and a harmonious balance of rich sweetness, mellow aroma, and acidity.
It is layered with rich and smooth mango pudding, almond blancmange made with fragrant and deep-flavored Valencia almonds, refreshing mango passion sauce, and rosehip and hibiscus jelly containing chopped mango pulp.
